I paid every month with no problems, Tony said I was a month late on rent so he put a lock on my unit while I was trying to move things out. I asked him to take the lock off and that I got paid in a week and he acted like a schmuck on the phone telling me he KNEW, even after months of me being courteous and paying rent on time, that I wasn't going to pay it if he took the lock off.

East did not have the space I needed. So Tony stayed on the phone and searched all the available local units to help me find the storage I needed. I was very impressed. I am glad I called here first.
