We rented there over the summer. Great rate, clean, safe.
Only suggestion would be that they offer a "Loaner truck" for renters needing to move things across town quickly without going through the hassle of U-Haul. Was told this was an insurance issue, but it would be a valuable service that many other storage facilities offer.
The storage units are clean, and we had no problems with access or security. What makes this place fantastic is the manager, Karen. Not only is she very professional, responds quickly, and is a good problem solver, but she is funny and genuinely friendly. We had a canoe that didn't fit down the hall to our unit and she figured out a solution for us. A great place for your storage needs!
Reasonably priced, clean and secure units. Karen is an amazing sales rep- she won't try to up sell you to a unit that you don't need. She was even honest enough to suggest that I may no longer need to be using their units with what I was storing. Good, honest, local business. Uhaul located in the same building for convenience - but not of the same quality as the storage company.
Nice people, reasonable summer rate and 24/7 access.
If you need storage in Bloomington, you've got to come here. I stored my three bedroom apartment here for a semester with no problems at all. Ms. Apple made it extremely easy. I would come back in a heartbeat.
