I was surprised to see bad reviews. I love AAA! Roadside support has been fantastic (and the 2 teenagers, we've had more than our share), and I was just able to order a Trip Tik by phone. Couldn't be easier!

What's the point in lying about how much time it'll take for someone to come tow your car. all it does it make people pissed and give you bad feedback
