DO NOT BOOK!!! Have been trying to book a ride since we bought a groupon last year. At first we couldn't get anyone to answer the phone, now they have cancelled our ride the last three times!! They seem to have their own forecast that is different than any other that can be found. This last time they cancelled due to the possibility of fog, though no mention of it on any forecast I can find. Really starting to think its all a scam.
For 2 years I have been trying to use this voucher, I bought from Living Social and unable to redeem. The phone # listed on the company's website is out of service. Living Social refuse to give refund.
I paid for a private balloon ride for two in August of 2013 and we never got off the ground, every excuse under the sun as to why we could not fly was given. I have tried and tried to get them to refund my $800.00 they required up front and as of Feb 2014 I'm still trying to get my money back. I say steer clear of this company!

I don't think they exist! Bought a groupon one year ago, and intended to book a ride toward the end of summer. Left at least 20 phone messages, first through their published number, then later through another number that has Andy Richardson's voice greeting, and in both cases never received a response. Also tried to contact them through their Facebook page. No luck. Now I'm one week away from an expired Groupon, and still no answer on their phone.
