I loved it. Brought back memories. I think they need to add a time for the young generation, so they can see what games we grew up playing and serve soft drinks.
Come for the drinks, stay for the nerds, live for the games. Good luck beating my Tapper or Area 51 high score.
Went second day, still pretty packed place. They have some things to work out but good concept overall. They do need something to cover your drink or designate that your busy gaming and will get back to your drink. I had one mostly full drink throw away and there were a couple of people by me that we’re angry that there full drinks also were throw while they were playing a game just next to there drink. It’s hard to focus on your game and watch for employees cleaning up. $5 cover charge to cover I guess the free play machines.
I went opening night and it was packed tight, so it will be even better once the crowds die down a bit, but even with the crowd it's a great experience!
A great place for friends to hang out! The whole place is a nastalga trip back in time, amazing quality arcade cabinates with games ranging from all the early decades of video games. N64 games are available to play for an exchange of collateral and a great way to enjoy some drinks with golden eye or Mario Cart
I've been waiting for a barcade like this one. You see I'm a cyberpunk who's a bit competitive and I like substances so being able to combine the three you get The Cade. I'm almost worried that if I become a regular there I'll end up in a Black Mirror episode.
