The veggie kabab is good and the bread that comes with it is fantastic. Other veggie choices are OK
Probably the most cozy spot in Bloomington. Owner is nice. Best rice I've ever had at a restaurant. Food is priced high relative to the portion size, but it's tasty. Must remove shoes to experience floor seating area, other table seating is also available. You can BYOB but be prepared to pay a $15 uncorking fee which is the new law-of-the-land in Btown now, not the restaurant's fault, but is ludicrous. Overall good experience. I would go back.
Turquaz is my favorite restaurant in Bloomington and it's always the place I take visitors. The food is amazing and priced well, ambiance and floor seating is as precious and cozy as can be, the owners are wonderfully warm and welcoming, service is on point. The best in Bloomington!
Yummy flat pizza-like structures called Pih-days. Spell check keeps changing it to pie.princess pie and spinach pie are my favorites. All entrees come with tasty red lentil soup and small 3salad plate. Sit at a table, in a big booth or on cushions on the carpeted floor. Very cool place.
Great food. In love with it. Good choices for vegetarian people as well. Must try this good food.
