This is the best dental practice ever. The staff is all so kind and great with my kids! As a parent we want what is best for our kids and this place is it! Dr. Millikan is the best dentist I have ever had! I am so glad our insurance changed and we discovered this gem! My family will be forever patients here!

Gentle Dentist is a very messed up dentist for several of ways. Let me explain. So I started going to Gentle Dentist about 1.7 years ago to work on my tooth which I needed a crown on it. This is the 4th crown that I have had in my mouth because the work they do apparently is not good enough because the crown they put in keeps falling out of my mouth. So recently they informed me they don't want me to go to their dentist any more because I was rude by informing them I don't want.my wisdom teeth done by them until my crown I taken care off. Yet they keep forcing me trying to convenience me to take my wisdom teeth out. I once again explain that I would like to take care of my crown tooth first. So again they try to convince me to take my wisdom teeth out. So I say okay, we can do one at the time. Of course I don't want all three done at the same time, what if they damage my mouth like they did to my other tooth which they still is not right. So they said I was rude n told me I had lack of trust in them so they released me from the dentist. My problem is sense they released me I would like a full refund on my crown that may again fall out of my mouth. What are they going to do about this? So my advice to everyone, be very careful going to Gentle Dentist in Bloomington Indiana. They will blame you for everything, they don't know what they are doing and they are very in professional. N should be allowed to give me a full refund on work that still may not be right. The whole thing is, I did my best as I could to work with this dentist even after the several of ways they try to give me reasons why my crown keeps falling out of my mouth. But now they say I am rude and because their is lack of trust they released me. Well my friends and audience, I like you to know I am not rude. I am a very nice guy and I tried to work with this dentist as best as I could. It's not my fault they don't know how to put crowns in patients mouths properly. And it was only wise for me to inform them I will do only one wisdom tooth at a time considering they have already messed up my mouth.
I've been going to Gentle Dentist for years... Dr. Dan is truly the most gentle and shame-free dentist I've ever had. On this visit, he treated my kids for the first time... so much better than the pediatric dentist! He was just as gentle (of course), but he also talked with them like intelligent people who can take care of their own teeth. We'll definitely be back.
Gentle Dentist should always get a THREE star rating. Instead, my hygienist, Lacy, is only going to get a three star because her bedside manner is a bit irritating. She was lecturing me about why I should use my sonic brush instead of my manual brush instead of listening to my reasons why. Her judgmental attitude forced me to not say anything more to her about my condition. I am a grown, educated man, and I have been dealing with my periodontal issue for a long time with a LOT of success. I DO NOT need to have my intelligence insulted. Morgan or Becky are good listeners. Please assign me to Becky or Morgan. I DO NOT WANT LACY IN THE FUTURE!!
