2. She insisted on taking TONS of X-rays, although I'd just had X-rays a week prior. I don't like all that exposure, and the person doing it was heavy handed, so it hurt.

LOVE everyone here! Awesome dental care and very personable

Do not go here. The accountant is retarded. The billing practice is fraudulent. Sent my account to collections for a bill that was not even sent to me. Yet kept sending me bills for different amounts years after I had stopped seeing them. The more you pay the the more bills you get. This is despite my settling my account EVERYTIME I was at their office. The dentists meanwhile may give you more problems than you walked in with.

3. I said I didn't think insurance would cover a second set of X-rays, but insurance processed Landmark's BEFORE the other dentist's, so I ended up paying out of pocket for my first set of dental X-rays at the other dentist. I told Landmark, and asked them to pay that $75, and they never responded.

Very unhappy.

My experience with this office was great! I had a consultation for Invisalign. First they needed x rays to detect any possible cavities; I ended up having a few which needed to be treated before I could move any further with Invisalign (this was the first time I had a cleaning for a few years so I expected a cavity). They were able to fit me into the schedule just a few days later and it was a quick visit. The staff was professional and the office was very neat and updated. It was convenient that they accept care credit as well so I can make payments on my dental work. I would recommend friends and family to this office.

While I felt like the dental staff was kind and helpful, I have been horribly dissatisfied with the billing and front office staff. In April of 2015 I came in to have two cavities filled. At the time, I was charged $193. I had recently switched to new insurance and didn't realize that I only have a $20 co-pay for basic restorative services, including what I had done as defined in my policy. I assumed that the office would realize I was owed money and make a refund. Unfortunately instead of a refund in August of 2015 I received a bill for $208. I immediately called concerned and explained and was told by Nicole in billing to disregard the bill because it was incorrect and they were working with my insurance. I accepted this and left it. I continued to receive more bills and continued to call and was told the same thing. I even spoke with office staff during routine visits. In May of 2016 I spoke with Nicole again and she offered to audit my account because she wasn't sure if I was due a refund or not. She called back within a week and let me know that yes she did think I was owed a refund, but that she had to get it approved. I never heard back from her. From there, I have called repeatedly with no one bothering to return my calls. Everyone I speak with is either off to lunch or just going into a meeting when I try and get back with them. Now I am receiving bills for $70 with no explanation and phone calls saying they don't want to turn me over to collections. I was told repeatedly that Nicole didn't work there any longer only to find out in January of 2017 that she does in fact work there still and never left. I have received the run around from this business and it is clear they do not care to take care of my problem. They are blaming my insurance, while my insurance states they aren't dealing with this office. I am once again awaiting a returned phone call from a Sue in the office which I don't expect will come. I would not recommend this office for the above stated reasons.

1. First off, the dentist said at routine cleaning that I needed to have 7 fillings or something ridiculous, even though I've only had 1 in my life and had been to a dentist recently. I said that sounded wrong, and she was snappy and insistent. When I asked if I had 7 cavities, she said no, but my tooth enamel was thin. I had been living overseas, where they don't fill water with certain additives, and now (3 years later), I've had no more cavities. I can't imagine the pain and cost I would have gone through if I listened to that girl.
