I wish I could switch doctors !!! I miss Harris !!!
Scheduling was fast for appointments, office staff was very nice, but wait times were long, always at least an hour. Had been a trying to conceive for a year, finally got pregnant with my first baby. A week after first letting them know I did blood work and progesterone was low, had dropped by more than half in a week. They never called to let me know. I finally called them after a week of waiting for results and though I tried using progesterone cream right away to raise it I miscarried a few days later. Can't help but wonder if I would still have my baby if they had cared enough to be concerned about my low levels of progesterone and had let me know right away so something could be done. Definitely do not recommend.
Wait times are long, but over all not too bad.
Doctor Labban is awesome! He delivered our first son and worked with us for our second child until we relocated out of state. He is super kind and is very accommodating to your wishes and how you want your birth to go :) he worked with our doula and my very extensive birth plan. If I could still have him I would! We loved him
Wish I could say the same about Labban... he seems like he doesn't care at all... he's in and out and when I've tried to address some concerns he just brushes them off. Doesn't even talk about them... it's like I have to force him to say something. If I don't speak up he most definately wouldn't and would have already left the room....
It's really sad to see all of the negative comments on here about Dr. Labban. He has been my obgyn for 7 years. He delivered my daughter 6 years ago and started my care while pregnant with my 2nd. I ended up moving 2 hours north while pregnant with my 2nd. I delivered at a different hospital with a different doctor, but eventually went back to Labban for my continued care. Now I make the 2 hour drive to Bloomington to see him because I trust him, and I've built a relationship with him as my doctor. He did my laparoscopy in 2012, and is about to do my second laparoscopy in April. For me, it's worth the drive to see him. Yes sometimes there is a long wait. He is a very busy man. He has had to leave his office on several occasions to deliver babies because they set their own birth schedule. He sees a lot of patients as well because he is a great doctor, so he is highly sought after for care. I love Dr. Labban. He will continue to be my obgyn until he is not longer in practice, or I move too far to drive to see him.
I like the staff & nurses there...
I've heard great things about him but he is showing me different...
