6000$ walk in shower tile job. Initial estimate had errors charging me too much for labor. Paid 75% down and schedule 30 days in advance only to have the job take 3 times as long for shortage of materials. Colortile expected us to keep track of their installers- poor communication . Had to get their supervisor ( condescending no nothing) out there to complain . They discounted the job reluctantly . Finished product was fair - at best . Floor doesn't drain properly. Would not recommend them
