felt like both guys in there have preconceived notions of what their paying customers should look/act like and if you dont meet the description, you're persona non grata.

These guys are extremely knowledgeable and reliable. I live in Bloomington. It is more than worth the drive to get a fireplace. The installation in exactly on time and professional. They completed work under budget and on time. They treated my house like a house and not some work site. They took due care for guests not just due care for contractors.
This place sucks, the man was rude . I went in twice to get a piece for my chimney, he treated me like I didn't know cwhat I was talking about. Left there an went to the fireplace center, bought what I needed an went home ,will never shop there or recommend it to anyone
