Right after I signed the contract, I noticed the address was slightly off. I would still get the mail but I wanted to make sure I had the address perfectly. So when I finally moved into the apt for this insurance, I made an online address change. They ended up making a whole new policy without making me aware. They came up with all these new charges for me to pay. I complained and they agreed to get me back on the original policy. They didn't. They canceled all the policies and put me on a completely new one with different charges.

Next, my apartment contacts me about canceling the renters insurance. I have to explain to them the situation.
It is a hassle and a headache to work with these people. I do not suggest going with this agent at all.
I ended up getting renter's insurance with this agent. The experience has been horrific.
She is WORTHLESS! Don't waste your time!
Next, the agent for Allison Allen here had no clue why things ended up in the way they did as well as why I got a whole new set of the mysterious changes. The agent also ended up mentioning a whole new monthly charge that was not expressed before. The agent also made some weird excuses and lies to cover up the weird charges until the agent realized the charges don't add up.
If I could give less than one star, I would. Nothing was done correctly, let alone in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Ken Stone (be careful though because her office will tell you that he is retiring soon).
Allison Allen's State Farm is awesome! They took care of every problem I had and they were all really sweet. I recommend stopping by and seeing them!
