I've been with Kevins office for a couple of years now. He can't seem to keep the same office people. I brought him a check after him stating he would hold it until I got paid.. and it cleared 3 days after it was taken to him. His office is incompetent and tells customers the wrong information. You never get an I'm sorry or anything else. I'm definitely switching companies ASAP

He returns missed calls immediately & provides after hours contact information - so you never have to call a 1-800 unless that's what you prefer. Many insurance agents have minimized their roles as large companies branch off into call center like departments, BUT Kevin is one agent that will not disappoint when it comes to customer service! And if he doesn't instantly know how to resolve a situation, he will persevere until it's figured out.
