One of the most basic things about not being home is closing the blinds and curtains so no one can see inside. Apparently that is a concept they don't understand, since they can leave things the way they found it.
This is the most corrupt branch of local govt that i have regular interaction with. The proof of their ineptitude is that every other govt entity that has any contact with them, hates them. From the city and county all the way to state agencies, BLOOMINGTON and HAND specifically have a terrible reputation for overstepping their legal mandate and abusing power. Of course, leaving a review is pointless since there is no alternative option for housing inspections.
