I went into your store today to purchase my raw glass supplies, as I do every month. This time I was met by a Dylan, an employee of yours, who was extremely rude and disrespectful. I spent $700 today in supplies, and the entire time I was followed around being told that he needed to go to lunch. Not only was I pushed out of the store, he actually told me to "drop something green" in his tip jar. Then proceeded to tell me not to come back unless "I had something for him to smoke". Not joking. I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect and expect for someone to follow up with me immediately. I am a long time customer of yours and hope that we can fix this issue before it becomes a bigger problem.
I visit Abr at least once a month and I look forward to my visit every time. The staff is helpful and polite, and too many products to list. The front of the building consists of the print shop and vinyl room, continue into the warehouse and they have everything you could need for lampworking, glass blowing, and just about anything else relating to glass.
I love ABR! They have a great staff, epic products and awsome prices!

I placed an order for a set of rollers. Paid in full. They claim to have under charged me for shipping even though I checked out through Paypal and paid the total amount shown on the invoice. I've been trying to contact them for my money back but they keep not answering their phones.
