I just had a fabulous experience at discount vacuum. I took my 12 years old Kirby in for a new belt and adjustment. Owner was very helpful, helped take the vacuum out of the car, serviced it in 10 mins and changed a reasonable amount and returned my vacuum to the trunk of my car. I will definitely go back to them for great customer service and value!
