Store open until 7 PM will not answer phone.......gives one the idea that I may be wasting my time!

Rude and not helpful. Recently, I needed help with a phone and when the electric went out. the power was out and the door was locked. Then when it when it came on, I waited 10 minutes then I walked to the door and it was locked. I was told me through door "Can't you see we are closed! The power was on, door was locked and the guy there at a desk on the computer. I went to the other AT&T and was taken ce of, no hassle and politely.
Excellent service and was treated with respect. Would recommend this location
