Just picked my phone up fifteen minutes ago and it’s perfect! I don’t know if they had anything to do with it, but prior to being checked in for a screen repair the phone was running extremely slow for months and after I picked it up it’s running faster and better than ever. I’d recommend to anyone needing any kind of repair to their iPhones. Best in Bloomington!

Awesome service. Rear camera of my iPhone 5S was not working properly and they replaced it in 30 minutes and it works fine now. Thanks to the reviewers who helped me with making my decision on which shop to choose for the fixing of my iPhone. They also have a life time warranty on their service. I am intensively appreciative to their service. I thought the SSD drive on my MacBook Air was failing after having this laptop for five years. I was ready to spend hundreds of dollars to get a new SSD, but they told me they would check for software issues first for 20 dollars. The first staff who talked to me seemed to be an intern and, not able to explain things well to me, I was a bit sceptical. But since they insisted I yielded. Well, they couldn’t clear up the software issue and, probably after several hours of working on it eventually needed to reformat the mac. But I was so grateful that for 20 dollars I got my computer reformatted, nice and clean, and did not need to buy a new ssd! The engineers spent a lot of time on this Mac but were all the way patient and informative and explained everything that they were doing. They did education too, and told me that I should not install any anti-virus or disk cleaning programs that would mess up with the Mac and cause software issues. I highly recommend i-mechanic over Mac experience. Mac experience is too expensive.
