Terrible internet connection and they don't bother helping you make it better. Slow and it goes out frequently which is awful as I have quizzes and exams to do online and the professors don't care if you have a bad connection and get cut off while doing quiz/exam. The worst part about it is that my apartment complex only lets me go through this company for my internet/tv services. I also pay extra for HD tv and a few of the channels weren't working. They came over and said they couldn't fix the channels because they'd have to go through a lot of hassle to change the satellite dish. Which is understandable but they shouldn't charge for what they can't provide.

The Internet is frequently slow and the Internet does go out at least five times a month, which is five times too many. They are a terrible service. I would go out of my way to avoid this Internet provider especially if you're a student and you really rely on having a stable Internet service.
They do not answer calls even during their business hours. They have you call them and then leave a voice message on their machines. At that point, they may or may not call you back, so you're left twiddling your thumbs and wondering when you'll be able to use the Internet that you're paying for. In short, terrible customer service.
This service came with my apartment complex. It is the absolute worst internet I have ever used. It frequently dips in speed or just stops working all together.
