Always clean, and the staff are always helpful, even when the store is swamped with customers doing back to school shopping.
I visited the store and the chair was already worn out and there were scratesh on the surface and the worst part was that the staff wasn't helpful at all.She didn't even know how the chair tilts and even try to find out. I got a refund and never going to buy anything from that store again!
Selection of pens and paper products is very good. Individual reams of basic copy paper are pricey, but the case prices are usually very competitive. They have a really good selection of ink jet photo paper, and even carry laser photo paper; both types competitive with online vendors. Online retailers have better pricing and selection on electronics and office furniture though.

I just ordered an office chaire online to pick up at store and after about half an hour they called and said that there is only one in store which is available for display and I have 2 options, to buy this one or get a refund.
