Worst Urgent Care I've ever been to. On top of the longest wait I've ever been experiencing the doctors are as incompetents as it gets.
The staff here is extremely unwelcoming and rude. I came in there with really bad pain and they weren't even sympathetic about it. They don't even care if you're in pain and they take their sweet time to help you. I was the only one there and it took two hours for me to leave.
Literally the worst health center Ive ever been my entire life. I dont understand the urgency of the subject when they make you wait for hours until they deal with you. I twisted my ankle and a bone was fractured apparently after x-raying it. A "doctor" took a look at it for a minute she wrapped it with a bandage and gave me a pair of crutches and said your good to go. then the worst part is they charge you 50$ copay for really NOTHING. They mis-diagnozed my x-ray because my bone was not fractured. This was apparent to me after I went to the podiatrist elsewhere, and they gave me an ankle brace at least which was far more useful than a pair of crutches. DO NOT GO THERE NO MATTER WHAT unless it's super super urgent. a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT,
I waited for an hour and a half when the doctor told me it'd be 15mins. Its a "quick care" thought it was suppose to be quick, guess not
My wife called and had a question for the doctor never got a response and she is a long time patient at this facility i guess since there wasn't an exchange of money they didn't feel the need to respond to her request pretty pathetic
