Strongly encourage you to look somewhere else...not necessarily because of the physicians but because of the joke that is their billing department! We just received a bill that is from a date of service 2 years ago! After questioning they blamed our insurance (not true and they have been the only helpful ones) and said we had a few months to pay it, no definitive date it was due. Also told us they could legally bill you up to 10 years later fyi. Unless you are dying and need emergency care I would definitely stay away!

Awful service, went in with no insurance with a somewhat medical emergency. Doctor told me she was writing a referral to have some scans done. Front desk lady was very rude when I attempted to urge the referral after waiting 3 days. Also plan on waiting at least an hour to see a nurse. Wish I could rate 0 stars

Beware of these cheaters. They will charge more than they tell you. I went there to see a doctor in the walk in clinic. I asked beforehand what is the fee, and the receptionist told me it is $80 and I paid it, but later they billed extra $69. I asked them what was that for, they said this is part of the fee. I did not get an answer for my question of why they did they tell me the fee is $80? Moreover, they did not tell me that I was going to see a nurse, not a doctor!

Recently called to schedule a three month follow-up appointment only to be told that my physician no longer works there and that I can't get an appointment until November. There were no letters sent out and no one could really give a clear explanation on when the physician left. I'm almost out of medication and I've made several attempts to have this refilled to optum RX which is where my insurance pays for my medication. The problem is premier healthcare said it's Walmart or it's nowhere. So basically I can either pay for my medication out of pocket and wait till November for my appointment or I can find a different physicians office which is I will be doing. Horrible customer service. It should not have taken 12 phone calls to try and get a 30 day prescription sent to optum rX where it's always been sent to just to be told they won't send it there.

Great doctors but really crappy billing department. Miss one payment and they will send you to collections without even blinking.
