I’ve been here 4 times over the past year or so—a lot!—and every time I’ve been seen quickly by a really good doctor and treated well. I like them better than my GP.

Much faster and cheaper then the e.r have been for both my children and i. Always respectful to us. Thank you for this place:)

My little girl was very sick with strep throat Sun evening and Dr. Mary and her staff were so amazing with her care and went above and beyond to make sure she was on the right track for recovery. We went pretty late-7:40p(they close at 8) but that didn't make a difference in how we were treated. The staff called several different pharmacies to ensure they had the prescription we needed and set it up for me to go straight to the pharmacy. Thank you all so very much! My little girl is feeling so much better today!

While it wasn't our first choice of urgent care clinic, it was one of the few within an hour radius open on Christmas Eve. The wait was projected to be around 1-1.5 hours, but we were definitely seen much more quickly than that. We currently live abroad and were only in the area to visit family for the holidays before returning to the country we currently live in, so our international insurance is hard to deal with. Because our plan requires that we pay out of pocket and get reimbursed later, we paid out of pocket for this visit. Prices were okay, compared to what I thought we'd be paying. Staff was nice, though my time with the doctor felt a bit rushed. (He couldn't have been nicer, though.) This visit required a throat swab, which the nurse managed to get without making me gag too hard (was an issue when I was a kid). The clinic was clean and comfortable, at least as much as it can be when you're sick, with plenty of seating in the waiting room. I was also able to grab a mask that I ended up taking home with me to protect my niece and nephew for the brief period of time we'd see them before we left the state. It's convenient to I-69, too, for anyone else also driving for an hour to see a doctor.

I had someone suggest this establishment in which I've never been to, because I'm a new mom and they have flexible hours. I went to be seen today (12/15) and I was able to get a babysitter, but went somewhat late. I got to the door at 7:50 and it was locked. I called and the lady had said that their doors automatically lock at 7:55pm. I told her it wasn't that time yet and she just recommended that I come in the morning and they open at 8. Now, wouldn't you think that if a place states they are open til 8, they accept patients til 8. If not, it is usually stated somewhere. I'm very disappointed in the fact that they wouldn't see me when it was still within business hours. I work retail and I understand that it isn't ideal to have someone enter right before close, because you want to go home, but there are those rare occasions where you just have to deal with it. Shame on them...
