These people BOTCHED my procedure. Do not go here unless you HAVE TO. They tore up my insides and I've had high blood pressure, migranes, severe cramping and bleeding for 3 weeks after my procedure, and lost 8lbs. They torture the women here; no pain meds nothing; ITS BARBARIC. After seeing 2 other obg's I was told to sue Planned Parenthood for malpractice and negligence. Still having all these issues as of now; they do not set you a check up appointment so if you get sick and don't know, oh well! After I arrived for my appointment the other day, that I had to CALL 4 DIFFERENT PEOPLE TO GET, I was told a nurse was "suppose to make the appointment but didnt." this after bleeding and being in severe pain for 3 weeks mind you. So they get me in anways. This appointment was supposed to be abortion #2 bc both the ER and other obg CALLED THEM and told them to REDO IT. Well, the appointment wound up bro g an ultrasound to prove what we already knew; the procedure was incomplete and something went wrong to make me this sick. So this nurse does nothing; doesn't check hug count, or bloodpressure, nothing. Tells me I can go 70 miles away (which for a single mom of 3 w low finances I can't do), to do it again, she could shoot me up w contraction meds, or I can go home and "deal with it". So not trusting their "care" I left. Lets hope I don't die like some other lawsuits I've been reading;;; THESE PPL TORTURE WOMEN. ITS INHUMANE; donttttt gooooooo.
I was absolutely, %100 taken care of at this facility. I was so nervous and worried about everything going on with me and my health and the employees were so caring and wonderful. They listened to all of my concerns, they were with me every step of the way through the process of my appointment and every single one of my questions were answered intelligently. I am so gratful for this facility. They really knew what they were doing and financially they made it possible for me to get what I needed.
After a rape. Had a urinary infection. They tested me, gave me the medication I needed, and tested me for std's. I didn't have much money and they only charged me $20 because that's all I had. Thank you for caring and helping me.
I love what you guys are doing, but you have got to stop being patronizing and condescending to sex workers. Stop your preachy-ness. WE KNOW we need to wear condoms for every sexual act because OUR LIVES AND OUR JOB DEPEND ON IT. I'm going elsewhere for health purposes because while most of your staff is nice, your nurses-in-training suck and want to play superior with us. FIX THIS.
The receptionist was pleasant and helpful. Assistant and nurse practitioner were wonderful!
