Good agents, but the whole agency is not too collaborative.
Terrible insurance company! I was riding my bike and got hit by a tow truck owned by Kens towing company and First Insurance Group filed a claim on my car!!! They have no idea what they are doing!! My car was not involved and I got hit by a tow truck on my bike!!! So my insurance company did not need involved and they would not file a claim unless I filed a claim because apparently my bike and I caused “800” dollars in damage to the tow truck that RAN OVER ME! The agent that I dealt with, Garth Goodlett, does not know how anything works and my insurance company (state farm) literally laughed on the phone when I was informing them of what was going on. 0/10 would not recommend. This company represents awful people and are awful.
