I got rear ended on 09/24/2016 while I was at a stop light.
Upon dealing with the entire situation, I told Nationwide to send the certificate of coverage to the BMV. Fast forward a month and I get a notification that my license has been suspended because Nationwide never sent the certificate. I called them and told them what happened and they said they were sending it 'now' as I was talking to them. It's now December; I lost my license and try to get a replacement sent, but I can't because my license is still suspended. I call the BMV and its because they still don't have that goddamn certificate. I call Nationwide once more and explain to them that they NEED to do this. They said that they're getting it sent and apologize.
Now an apology is acceptable; if they actually fix the problem that should never have been a problem in the first place. THEY STILL HAVE NOT SENT THAT CERTIFICATE!
