Spelled paint all over my hallway rug. I called BPCC. They were at my place in less than an hour. After they were finished cleaning up the mess you could not tell that i had spilled paint anywhere. Thank you BPCC.
Our carpet was a MESS from "kids" and winter , I called BPCC and got next day service. The tech was very courteous and professional. He did a great job and took his time and didn't rush. I will be using BPCC from now one.

Had a crisis after our filter water system cracked and exploded under the sink causing water to go from our top floor to our bottom floor. They were efficient, professional, and very considerate of our house. These guys are the best type of blue collar workers!
BEWARE!!! Over the course of the job, which was supposed to be a quick one that stretched into two months, they were on average an hour late regularly. Once, three hours late! And once, they just didn't show up! No calls to let us know. No nothing.
