My carpets were wrecked by Stanley Steamer by putting a truck load of detergent prior to my move in to my new home. Walking around made my feet sticky and soapy. When i contacted Indiana Proclean, they told me they would take care of it and THEY DID! While it took them 2 trips to fix it, they were dedicated to their promise and would go the extra mile to make sure I was happy. I am impressed with their professionalism and service. The owner and his co-workers were always pleasant and helpful the whole time. So i STRONGLY recommend their services for carpet cleaning in the Bloomington Area!
Purchased a foreclosure and needed the carpets cleaned badly. I called several places for estimates and Indiana ProClean were the only ones who took the time to actually come out and see first had before giving me an estimate. In fact the owner was the one who came out. Initially priced slightly higher than others but the fact that they came out to inspect and said price was fixed until job was done right, I went with them. They did the entire house (~2800 sq foot of carpet) in about 3 hours. When they left carpet looked like new. Next day after drying some spots had wicked back up into carpet from pad. Indiana ProClean came back to fix the spots and made a return trip to ensure spots remained away. Good professional, personable, service. I would recommend.
