I am thrilled with the work John and Kyle did today. We recently moved to the area and used a professional moving company to move us. Unfortunately, our possessions were not cared for and came to our house full of dirt and grime. Within 2 hours, Stanley Steemer cleaned both of our couches, mattress, chairs, & box springs. I can finally start to feel comfortable in my home now that our things have been cleaned. Thank you so much, John and Kyle!
Both times I've had Stanley Steemer come I've had to call them back. Poor work. And there question as to whether bleached out spots in my carpet were caused by them. I definitely would recommend going with another company!
I had the Stanley Steemer technicians come out to my parent's house today and I can't believe the difference in the before and after. I never imagined these carpets could look as good as they do. The crew was very polite, efficient and explained everything they were doing. I definitely plan on having Stanley Steemer clean my carpets in the near future. It was really a good day to come away happy from a day filled with chores such as carpet cleaning. There is no way we could have gotten the carpets as clean using a rented or home carpet cleaner. It was nice drinking a cup of coffee and reading magazines while these men did all the work. Definitely give them 5 stars.
Extremely satisfied with the Stanley Steemer in Bloomington, IN. Service was scheduled for next day, and tech arrived on time. He was very detailed understanding my needs. My son brought home a puppy a few months ago and she was fairly hard to house train. I tried 5 different products in an attempt to remove the smell and was unsuccessful. I opted to have the cleaning, protect, and deodorizer. The carpet looks and smells great! Great experience and I highly recommend them!
Stanley Steemer came out last week to clean our entire house. In my sons room we have an oil diffuser sitting on the nightstand. The technicians laid it in the dog bed which made the oil/water go all over the place. We called the office a few times and the manager never got back to us. Would not recommend.
