Well I have always used this laundromat since moving here to Bloomington. I love this place they got large front load express washing machines which help to get the washing done and over with. I normally use this place after hours due to work schedules. Today, was a different story and I came during business hours and was first introduced to the worst customer service person I have ever met. First my husband and I got our things into the place and we took a cart out to our truck to load it up since we had a large load to haul in. My husband then took a cart out to our roommates car so she could load of her large load as well. She took a bit to get her things out of the car and the whole time he was complaining about the cart being outside. Then while doing our washes. He was watching us the whole time giving me the creeps. My husband and I went out the door to our truck after starting our 6 very large loads of laundry and our roommate comes out mad and say that the guy walked by her and kicked her chair. Horrible customer service for some people that are paying $60 to do their laundry. I will come back again as always but I will always make sure it is after business hours. Oh one more thing they have dropped their free Wi-Fi couple of months ago however if you have Comcast you can connect to xfinity for an nearby source.

You'd want to come after hours. The guy that runs the place is weird. He's rude to customers, complains about people leaving a cart outside even though you informed him that it is going to be used. He kicked our roomates chair when she was resting her head and also walked into the bathroom immediately after my wife walked out like she did something wrong. Other than that the washers and dryers are fast. Easy to getto, as well as plenty of parking. If the guy running the place would learn some customer service skills i may improve my rating. As it stands though, i won't come here anymore during the daytime
It's a nice place but sometimes has unwelcome visitors not there for laundry.
