I recommend that anyone considering a long term relationship with a local plumber, carpenter, electrician or anything else give these folks a call. You won't be sorry.
Technicians know nothing except how to charge you. Spent 200 dollars for 15 minutes of work that ended up doing absolutely nothing for my issue. Called and had them come back to figure out what was wrong and without even looking at the water heater told me I needed to pay 1200 dollars yet they still didn't actually know the problem. Called to speak to supervisor and he told me he would call back and never did. Horrible service, horrible prices. Was quoted 600 dollars less for the same job by a different company.
Bob and Gavin were great. Although the work was invoiced way above what Nick stated as an expected price, it was justified. These two went above and beyond what was originally requested and what they walked in to.
Commercial Service installed a new HVAC system for us and they were incredibly professional! Highly recommended!
I want the same guys back when we get our new gas stove. PLEASE!!!

We had Commercial Services install a new heating and air system in our home. Joe and Charlie were excellent to work with and very professional! We had them come back later and install a tankless water heater. Dishes, laundry, showers... endless hot water!
