TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SCAM Artists. I can't explain how terrible this experience was. Not only did Ben severely overcharge us, he yelled at my wife in our home when she questioned the bill. He tried to charge for more time than he was there, tried to up sell her on everything, and charged us $100/hour to drive across town to get a part that he knew he needed in advance of the job but didn't bring with him. It took him over an hour to go 5 miles and then lied about the time it took to complete the job. A grown man yelling at a customer simply because she wanted to understand the bill. Be careful with this company. Read other reviews before hiring them. I spoke with another friend and told them what happened and before I told him the company name, he said let me guess Weddle Plumbing. Apparently they notorious for overcharging customers and trying to up-sale them.
Ridiculous is the only word I can come up with to write here. The charge for a 15 minute estimate was $100!!!! They charge not only for loading their truck at their warehouse but Drive Time AND a Trip Charge. Plumber was finished at 4:30 and charged til 5:00. When we called the office about this, the lady said that was completely normal. Next time use Young Plumbing!!!!!!!!!
I had a great experience with Weddle Plumbing. I have had both Travis & Ben at my house and found them both to be very helpful, knowledgeable of their trade, & kind. I feel that the bill I received was more than fair and I do not feel that I was over charged. I recommend this company to everyone I know.
