I cannot praise this company enough! I had something going on in my plumbing, which I figured it was a clog and it did turn out to be one. However, I could not find it, and other people, and other companies could not find it either, which made me think it was something more complex.. which one company tried charging me thousands to fix. I had other companies I tried to get out to look at it for months and could not. I call Roto Rooter, and they were there exactly when I asked them to be, and they actually found the clog and got it out and fixed in no time, for just a mere couple hundred dollars to run the big auger! I couldn't be more thankful! They are amazing!
I've had Roto-Rooter out twice in the last 2 weeks, and I have to say they are awesome. Derek came out the first time and was so polite, informative and super helpful. Second time I requested Derek again but he was unavailable. Jonathan and Bruce came out. They were super awesome too!! Same thing, polite, informative and super helpful. Hands down these three guys are the best. Highly recommend using this company for anything sewer related! Oh and the gal that helped me on the phone was super sweet and they all genuinely cared about doing all they could do to help me out!
We had our septic line collapse in the middle of the night, and Roto Rooter came out and fixed us up. I can't say enough good things about the team, but Derek, John and Chuck have been excellent! They took a bad situation and fixed us up. Derek even fed our dog. Excellent customer service and great people. I highly recommend!
