I lived in a wonderful apartment in Bloomington for four years that I rented from Bruce Storm Real Estate. Marci Bowlen—the property manager—was professional, attentive, responsive, and accommodating. My apartment was well maintained and Marci was quick to fix any problems I had. I would highly recommend renting from Marci and Bruce Storm Real Estate.
Poor customer service. They were always extremely disorganized and acted visibly annoyed whenever approached with a question. Consistently ignored me via phone and email, so I had to physically go to the office to speak with them in person whenever I needed them to respond to me. I would not recommend anyone finds housing through Bruce Storm
They displayed very poor responsiveness with, optimistically, unintentional misdirection in the leasing process. I would not recommend giving them the benefit of the doubt in any interaction.
