Understand that this is a large company in a college town that will try to take your security deposit even if you're just a normal resident who takes care of all their things. I have rented from CFC from 2000. Lived in Maxwell terrace while at school, work at Fountain Square Mall, used their banquet ballroom (our weeding) and stayed at the Grant St Inn. They are the best in town!!! You won't regret doing business with them.
