I have had the worst experience with this company specifically with Ann. After viewing a house all of the members of our household were asked to pay a $50 nonrefundable fee for a background check, followed by the company interviewing our references, completing a cosigner form, interviewing our cosigners references, and it resulted in us still not having a place to live next year. We were strung along for more than a month and a half with the promise that we were ahead of the other groups looking at the property. This is a very extensive and evasive process and they do not inform you of the process before you pay the background check fee. They scam you out of $50 and have terrible costumer service. I would not recommend using this company to anyone especially college students.
