My husband and I rented a single family home from Paul for 3 years. From day one, Paul was kind and helpful; from working with us long distance in arranging the rental agreement to making beautiful updates on the house throughout our 3 years there. On the few occasions when we needed to call on him for a repair, Paul was always quick to respond and never hesitated to replace something. He even asked for my opinion on colors and styles of the items he replaced because he truly cared about our comfort in our home. My husband and I have been renting for over 10 years in multiple states and never did we have as wonderful a landlord as Paul and FaciliTech. Bloomington is full of rental properties and companies and many of them don't take care of their properties, nor do they bother to get to know their customers. Paul was such a gem and one of the best landlords we've ever had!
Wonderful experience living here! Paul and Rob, who manage the property are both incredibly helpful. The noise level in the building is low, and perfect for graduate students. And of course you can't beat the location!
Couldn't have asked for more. They were flexible and always helpful. Everything was easy and straightforward and they take great care of their properties and their tenants. Everything was clean and well maintained. If you're on the fence about renting with them, don't expect to find a better landlord.
I've spent two incredible years with these integretive renters. Bloomington would do well to incentivize more house owners like these gentlemen.
