Dishonest and a waste of my time. They listed a house for 187,000 multiple places online. I contacted them and they said it sold. They contacted me back and said it was just leased and still available. Then they finally told me that they wouldn't accept under 350,000 for it. If you want an unorganized realtor that is dishonest with listing prices, go for it.
I've called twice about a property this realtor has listed, and never got any info. How do you sell anything if you won't even communicate with a potential customer?

sold a house with them , had to do most of the closing work myself and never even got a call back to thank me for listing with them , nor any type of follow up , waste of my time . especially for what I paid . just don't know what to think. but I don't really feel you will get any better deal from any of the brokers in town . just my humble opinion.
