they won't even give me service because I was on someone's account to be able to speak on their behalf because they didn't understand this kind of stuff so because they apparently didn't pay their bill and I was given permission to speak with them ONE Time i cant get their service unless I pay their bill. so FYI don't ever allow anyone to verbally say it's ok for a company to speak with u instead of them bc u will be held accountable for payment if u vendors want their service.
Customer service is terrible haven't had TV in a week because their box they gave us stopped working. they mailed a new one but it took a week. once we got the new box it didn't work either. They didn't refund us any money and are hard to get ahold of... They don't deserve a single stat.
Awful location, wish they were in town. No one seems to know how to smile at this store otherwise phone support usually great. Needs customer service training and a better location or they may as well move to Bedford.
