We rented a unit, thinking it would be a savings over a normal Rug Doctor rental. It should have been a clue when the service rep told us not to use the soap reservoir, and premix the water + soap. The machine we were given had electrical tape over the handle and the brush assembly didn't even work!
Do not give these folks your business.

Was borrowing a Kirby cleaner to shampoo carpets and I burnt the belt into! I ran in with the head and belt and they had the belt and put it on for less than $5, that was years ago and I still buy my vacuum bags from them!
