Poor Service. Its not a corporate store skip this one. My last experience was the worse I've ever had in a retail store. I bought two phones, added one new line. I come home check my bill online and protection and a plan upgrade was added to my account. i wasn't told this was happening and i wasn't asked if i wanted the extra charges. Had to call t-mobile to get it reversed. Really though, skip this store go to the one in the mall.
José (an employee at this location) was incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding with a complicated issue involving our family plan and I would highly recommend this location and representative to anyone interested in switching to t mobile
Went in to set up a phone line with T-Mobile. When I got in there Austin helped me pick out a phone within my budget. He was also very knowledgeable about the products they carried. Overall service was fast and he gave me all the information I needed. Definitely a great store with a well trained friendly staff.
Akeem & his manager went out of their way to get our 10-line family plan & wearables switched from AT&T. I was cautious about switching and possibly losing coverage or speed from AT&T, but it was just the opposite as our coverage, speed, price, and plan is much better! T-Mobile's technology & Apps are better, and the customer service is superb! Our numbers were ported from AT&T in seconds, and we haven't looked back! We arrived just before the store closed on a Friday night, but Akeem & his colleague stayed over an hour after the store closed to take care of everything. If you're thinking about switching from any of the other 3 carriers, I highly recommend that you stop in and talk with Akeem and company.
Very impressed with this location. Been with T-Mobile for years and I have never been at a location that focuses so much on customer service and teamwork. All very nice people that will do anything to help. Recommend this place! Treats you like family!
