Mike is absolutely AMAZING!!! I bought a computer from a friend and had seen it working fine just a week before. When I picked up the computer and brought it home to hook it up Windows would not load! I tried every single option to troubleshoot the problem and every option of resetting the computer(since none of the files on it were mine anyways). I searched computer stores in the Bloomington area and The Computer Clinic was the 3 business I called. Not only was he nice and professional over the phone but also very informative. I brought my computer in that evening just before close and had a call back first thing in the morning letting me know what the problem was and told me it was fixed. When I got to the store to pick it up he explained very well in detail what had happened and what he had to do. to fix it. Plus he showed me how to use my new software . He is a lifesaver not to mention completely reasonable I stressed the fact that I had a lot come up this week. He told me it would be anywhere from $30-$90 and he said he would try to keep it as low as he possibly could and told me at the most he would expect it to be $60 and he wasn't lying! $60 even and went out of his way to explain the software and functions on the computer to me!! I WILL be back there with any computer problems I may have in the future. And I WILL ABSOLUTELY recommend them to everyone I know!!
These people are an absolute PLEASURE to deal with!! They are completely honest and really know what they're doing! Twice now I've stopped in w/minor problems (i.e., screen "stuck" in wrong angle, wireless mouse confusion) which they fixed on the spot... AT NO CHARGE! I will never go anywhere else again!!! =]
Excellent service and performance. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I found this store randomly on Google maps and I am very glad I did. Will definitely be going back for any future computer work I need done. The other positive reviews on this site are spot on.
My laptop decided to crash while I was teaching and I was panicked - I'm a grad student and basically my entire life is on there. In less than 20 minutes, Computer Clinic got it working again and explained what the problem had been. Fast, knowledgeable, and affordable!

Not only do these guys fix computers quickly, well, and at a reasonable price, but I also have purchased several of their used computers and they all have been very reliable.
Came back 2 years later after buying a laptop for myself here to find my wife a laptop, and the service is still the best around. Extremely helpful manager, great products, and simply friendly and helpful custom service. I have been to multiple other computer stores before, and Computer Clinic easily tops them all.
